Revision of 10 August 2026

In short: we collect the minimum — only what a subscription cannot work without. We don't record which sites you open, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

  • Sign-in data: an e-mail address or a Telegram ID (and the first name from your Telegram profile, if that is how you sign in) — so you can sign in without a password.
  • Subscription data: plan, expiry date, connected devices. Every installation of the app gets a random number that the app makes up itself on first launch: it is what counts devices against your subscription limit. It is not your phone's serial number and not an advertising identifier.
  • Payment data: payments are handled by payment providers — we only receive the amount and the status. We never see or store your card number.
  • Support conversations — to solve your problem and not ask the same thing twice.
  • Anonymous site statistics (page views, button clicks) — the counter runs on our own domain, nothing is handed to third-party analytics services. The app carries no counters at all.

2. What we do not collect

  • Activity logs: we don't record which sites you visit or what you do there.
  • The contents of your traffic — it is encrypted, including from us.
  • Your contacts, photos or messenger conversations — the apps have no access to them. The camera is used only to scan a subscription QR code: the frame is never saved and never sent anywhere.
  • Crash reports and app telemetry — the BrodVPN app ships no advertising modules and no analytics modules in working order.

3. How we use the data

  • To keep the subscription working: signing in, connecting devices, renewing.
  • To remind you the term is ending — by e-mail or a Telegram message. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
  • To answer you in support.

4. Who we share data with

Payment providers — only what is needed to process your payment. Nobody else: we don't sell or hand data to ad networks or data brokers. The one exception is where a disclosure is directly required by applicable law.

5. Storage and deletion

Data is stored while your account exists. You can delete the account yourself, without contacting support: in your account area, below the list of devices, there is a delete button — how it works and what happens to the subscription is described on the account deletion page. If you would rather go through a human, write to support — we delete it and confirm.

After deletion we erase the e-mail address, the Telegram ID and the name, end the subscription and revoke access. Anonymised payment records stay: the law requires us to keep them for five years, and they can no longer be tied back to you.

6. Questions

Questions about data: support in Telegram, every day, or by e-mail: support@brodvpn.com. The service rules are in the terms of use.
